Oregon
Oregon is an emulsifiable concentrate for the control of certain mites on cotton, citrus, apples, capsicums, hops, pears, tomatoes, ornamentals and strawberries and native budworm on cotton

This product is not systemic, but quickly moves into leaves following application. It is important that thorough coverage is achieved so that the maximum amount of product can be deposited on the leaf surface for uptake and subsequent ingestion by sucking mites. Product that is not absorbed by leaves is quickly degraded.
RESISTANCE: It is known that early development of mite resistance may occur if one particular miticide and miticides from one particular chemical group are continually used. For this reason it is recommended that this product be applied no more than twice in one season and preferably only once per season. A second application is only recommended where mite pressure is very high. It is also recommended to alternate this product with miticides from a different chemical group. Consult your local supplier or technical adviser for further information on chemical groups.
For insecticide resistance management Apparent Abamectin 18 Miticide/Insecticide is a Group 6 insecticide. Some naturally occurring insect biotypes resistance to Apparent Abamectin 18 Miticide/Insecticide and other Group 6 Insecticides may exist through normal genetic variability in any insect population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the insect population if Apparent Abamectin 18 Miticide/Insecticide or other Group 6 insecticides are used repeatedly. The effectiveness of Apparent Abamectin 18 Miticide/Insecticide could be significantly reduced.

- Lambda-cyhalothrin (Pyrethroid group) kills either by ingestion or contact. It disrupts the functioning of the nervous system in an organism causing paralysis or death.
- Acetamiprid (Neonicotinoid insecticide) targets the nervous system of the insect pest causing paralysis or death.
APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: Ranger is foliar applied and adequate coverage of the crop foliage should be ensured for excellent results.
APPLICATION TIMING: Apply Ranger as first signs of infestation or insect egg hatch peak period and repeat as necessary based on regular scouting for successful control.
COMPATIBILITY: : Fill spray tank with half the amount of required water. Add required amount of Ranger and fill the water to the required level. Agitate to ensure thorough mixing. Use the spray mixture on the same day of preparation.
APPLICATION TIMING: Ranger is compatible with most commonly used pesticides and liquid fertilizers. However, a compatibility test is advisable before mixing commercial quantities or spraying a large area.
PHYTOTOXICITY: Ranger is not phytotoxic when used as recommended.
RE-ENTRY PERIOD: DO NOT enter treated areas during the restricted-entry interval of 12hours. If entry is necessary, appropriate protective clothing should be worn.

Austin
Austin is an emulsifiable concentrate is a soil-applied, granular insecticide for control of soil borne insects that infest Field and Vegetable crops.

Austin contains a Group 1B insecticide. Insect and mite biotypes with acquired resistance to Group 1B may eventually dominate the insect/mite population if Group 1B insecticides are used repeatedly in the same field or in successive years as the primary method of control for targeted species. This may result in partial or total loss of control of those species by this product or other Group 1B insecticides. The following practices are recommended to delay development of insecticide resistance:
- Avoid consecutive use of insecticides with the same mode of action (same insecticide group) on the same insect species.
- Use tank-mixtures or pre-mix product containing insecticides with different modes of action (different insecticide groups), provided the products are registered for use.
- Base insecticide use on comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
- Monitor treated insect populations in the field for loss of effectiveness.
- Superior low odor formulation
- Registered for use in a large variety of crops with a broad spectrum of insects controlled
- Granular formula for even distribution over the treated area; targets soil infesting insects

- Contains 1 pound of Lambda-cyhalothrin per gallon
- Registered to control a broad spectrum of insect pests, including: Aphids, Armyworms, Beetles, Chinch bug, Cutworms, Grasshoppers, Thrips and Weevils
- Lambda-cyhalothrin is an insecticide registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
- Lambda-cyhalothrin belongs to a group of chemicals called pyrethroids. Pyrethroids are manmade chemicals that are similar to the natural insecticides pyrethrins. Scientists developed pyrethroid insecticides to have properties better than those of the pyrethrins.
- Lambda-cyhalothrin is similar to the pyrethroid cyhalothrin. Due to their similarity, researchers sometimes use toxicity tests conducted with cyhalothrin to evaluate the toxicity of lambda-cyhalothrin.
- Lambda-cyhalothrin is a colorless to beige solid that has a mild odor. It has a low water solubility and is nonvolatile.
- Signal words for products containing lambda-cyhalothrin range from Caution to Danger. The signal word reflects the combined toxicity of lambda-cyhalothrin and other ingredients in each product.
- Lambda-cyhalothrin products come in various forms including powders, pellets, liquids, small capsules, and ear tags containing the chemical
- Pyrethroids, including lambda-cyhalothrin, disrupt the normal functioning of the nervous system in an organism. By disrupting the nervous system of insects, lambdacyhalothrin may cause paralysis or death. Temperature influences insect paralysis and the toxicity of lambdacyhalothrin.

Sulfur kills fungi on contact. The way sulfur works is not completely understood yet. Some researchers believe sulfur may react with plants or fungi to produce a toxic agent. However, the main theory is that sulfur enters fungi cells and affects cell respiration.Sulfur can kill insects if they touch it or eat it. It disrupts their normal body function, altering their ability to produce energy. Sulfur in gas cartridges, after ignited and placed in a burrow, releases toxic gases that suffocate burrowing animals.
